Since customer orientation is the key of our business philosophy, we conduct a customer training programme once in every six months at our headquarters in Bengaluru. This programme is primarily focused on, New Products, Trends in Weighing & Automation, Customer Queries, Maintenance, Trouble Shooting etc, to ensure a cordial customer relationship. The trainees would be able to interact with our designers and have hands on experience of the new products & technology.
